Ordering Process:

Upon placing your order you will immediately receive an order confirmation email with your order number. A representative from Branded Table Covers will reach out to you with a proof that you can either accept or ask for alteration. If you need to submit additional artwork or changes, simply respond with your order confirmation in the email subject with the attached updated artwork to and we will be happy to make any changes you need. 


Q: How quickly will my product ship?
A:  Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 days after proof acceptance. We do ship them out as soon as they are finished so it may be faster! In special cases, rush orders can be done but please contact us with your order details and date needed. 

Q: What shipping method is used? 
A: Unless otherwise requested, all of our orders are shipped via Fedex 3-day, this help keeps costs down to offer you great prices and fast delivery! If overnight shipping is needed, please contact us to ensure your order can be processed and shipped on time. Also, all orders over $399 will receive FREE Shipping! 

Q: Do you ship international? 
A: Yes, international shipping is available for all orders and is generally handled through DHL or FedEx worldwide express. International shipping rates will be applied at checkout; also note the BrandedTableCovers.com is not responsible for any inbound tariffs or customs charges. Please contact us with any questions. 

Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
A:  Of course! The more you purchase, the more you save! Quantity and tiered pricing is listed on each product page. If you’re looking to place an order over 10 units, or multiple recurring orders, we would be happy to provide you with a custom low-cost quote to fit your exact need. Just send an email with to Q: Is there a minimum order needed to purchase? 
A: No.  Single unit products are available for sale.

Q: How will I know when my order is shipped?
A: As soon as your order is shipped you will immediately receive a confirmation and tracking number sent to your email.

Q: What type of artwork is best to submit?
A: Generally speaking, a Vector image file is best (commonly .EPS .AI .PDF) but a .PNG file will also do. If you only have a .JPG or other file, upload it anyway and our staff will contact you if there are any problems. 

Q: I placed a custom imprinted order, when will I receive a proof?
A: You can generally expect to receive a digital proof within 2 hours of placing your order during general business hours. 

Q: I need help creating artwork for my custom imprinted order, is that something you can help with?
